How to read 3D seat views and metrics
Find a seat in a Korean venue and compare distance, apparent size, obstruction and field of view.
Choose the seat printed on your ticket
Open a venue and choose Section, Row and Seat number. Korean booking screens use 구역 or 블럭/블록 for section, 열 for row, and 번 for seat number. English labels retain the original Korean section and category names in parentheses so you can match the booking screen.
The seat ID and numbers are the same in both languages. Some theatres number seats across a whole row rather than restarting in each section. Always use the ticket seller’s section, row and number together.
Move from overview to eye level
Overview helps locate sections around the field or stage. Select Seat view to see from the chosen seat, then drag to look around. Turning the camera does not change the direction the physical chair faces.
The head-turn metric is measured relative to the chair’s forward direction. A clear view after turning your head may still require an uncomfortable angle in person.
Compare under the same conditions
Use Add to compare to keep up to four seats. Match the crowd, standing/seated posture and FOV before comparing. Distance tells you how far away the target is; apparent size tells you how large a player or performer looks.
The phone 1× and 0.5× presets approximate camera views. The human-eye preset assumes a standard distance from the screen. The presets are not guarantees that the display exactly reproduces your vision.
- Check key targets as well as the obstruction percentage.
- Use the same crowd and lens settings.
- Read the net, roof and stage-opening details where available.
Dates and times are local to Korea
All venue dates, game start times, sunrise and sunset are shown in Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9), even when you are browsing abroad. Korea does not use daylight saving time.
Weather controls show sample conditions, not a weather forecast. Shade is calculated from the estimated structure. Match the event date and start time before comparing outdoor seats.
Share your view and report discrepancies
Copy the current browser URL to share the venue, seat, comparison and viewing conditions. English links include lang=en. Switching language preserves the same seat and settings.
Models are estimated from public sources and may differ from real views. Use Feedback to report a discrepancy. Where available, contributor photos can be compared with the model; photos are reviewed before publication.
